Usage Requirements
- Credits must be unused — Your purchased credits must not have been consumed for any video generation tasks. Any usage of credits disqualifies the purchase from refund eligibility.
- The service must not have been used in violation of our Terms of Service

- Include your account email address and order number
- Provide a detailed reason for the refund request
- Submit the request within the 7-day window from your purchase date
Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Requests made after the 7-day period has expired
- Credits that have been used for any video generation tasks — even partial usage disqualifies the refund
- Purchases made with promotional discounts, coupon codes, or special offers — discounted purchases are non-refundable
- Cases where the service has been used in violation of our Terms of Service
- Free trial credits or promotional bonus credits
- Subscription renewals (you may cancel future renewals but cannot get refunds for the current period)

Payment Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method

- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of the purchase
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Annual Subscription Transaction Fees
For annual subscription refunds, a 4% transaction loss fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment processing costs and administrative expenses incurred during the original transaction.
Subscription Management
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, scroll to the bottom of any page and look for the icon in the footer's Support section. Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@sora-2.tools
- Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your credits until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- Subscription benefits remain active until the end of the paid period
Annual Subscription Credits
Annual subscription credits are distributed monthly over the subscription period. For example, if your plan includes 6,000 credits per year, you will receive 500 credits per month. You can view your credit distribution schedule in your account's subscription management page.
Auto-Renewal
- You can disable auto-renewal at any time to prevent future charges
- Disabling auto-renewal does not affect your current subscription period
Data and Content Policy
Upon refund approval:
- Your account access and credits will be revoked
- Generated videos and account data may be permanently deleted
- You are responsible for backing up any content you wish to retain before requesting a refund

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our service after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
