Welcome to Sora 2 Tools AI Video (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", operated at sora-2.tools). Before using our AI video generation services, please read and agree to the following terms carefully.

1. Service Nature & Tool Neutrality

The Platform provides AI-powered video generation and editing tools, including but not limited to Sora 2, Seedance 2.0, Kling, Veo 3, Wan, and other AI models. The Platform is a neutral technology tool only.

• Generated results are random and uncertain; the Platform makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• All content generated using this tool represents the user's personal intent, not the Platform's position.
• Users bear full responsibility for the legality and compliance of generated content.

2. Prohibited Content & Red Lines

Users agree to comply with the laws and regulations of their country/region when using the Platform. The following content is strictly prohibited:

1. Pornographic & Sexual Content — Including but not limited to sexually explicit imagery, nudity, or any content depicting minors inappropriately (child sexual abuse material is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to authorities)
2. Politically Sensitive Content — Content that endangers national security, undermines national unity, or violates the constitutional principles of any country
3. Violence & Terrorism — Content that promotes violence, terrorism, hatred, or incites criminal activity
4. Defamation & Rights Infringement — Content that insults, defames, or infringes upon the legitimate rights of others
5. Illegal Activities — Any content that violates applicable local, national, or international laws

The Platform has integrated third-party content security systems. Requests that violate these rules will be intercepted. For users who maliciously bypass moderation or generate prohibited content in bulk, the Platform reserves the right to permanently ban accounts without refund.

3. Personal Use & Distribution Responsibility

Videos and images generated by this Platform are intended for personal use only (learning, research, or entertainment purposes).

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Publicly distributing generated content that is controversial, vulgar, or may cause public discomfort on social media or public networks
• Using generated content for any commercial purpose without a commercial license
• Redistributing generated content in ways that violate these terms

All legal consequences arising from unauthorized distribution (including but not limited to account suspension, administrative penalties, or criminal liability) shall be borne solely by the user.

4. Content Ownership & Liability

• Generated Content Ownership: Users who generate videos through paid services retain rights to their generated content, subject to these terms and Platform usage policies.
• Liability Attribution: The user is the primary responsible party for all generated content. If a user uses generated videos for illegal purposes, all resulting legal liabilities shall be borne by the user and have no relation to the Platform.
• Original Uploads: Users retain ownership of their original uploaded images and videos. The Platform only processes these files to provide the requested AI generation services.

5. Credits & Billing

• Credit System: The Platform uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating videos. Different AI models and quality settings consume different amounts of credits.
• Subscription Credits: Monthly subscription credits are valid for the current billing period and expire at the end of each cycle. Annual subscription credits are distributed monthly over the subscription period.
• Permanent Credits: Credits purchased through one-time credit packs do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely.
• Failed Generations: If video generation fails due to a platform error, credits will be automatically refunded to your account.
• Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on credit and subscription refunds.

6. Privacy & Compliance Logging

To meet legal compliance requirements, the Platform records generation logs including but not limited to:

• Generation timestamp
• Prompts/keywords used
• Generated result fingerprints
• User account and payment information

If requested by law enforcement or regulatory authorities, the Platform will cooperate in accordance with applicable laws to provide relevant logs and associated account information to investigate legal violations.

7. Age Restriction

This service is only available to users 18 years of age or older. Minors are prohibited from using this service.

8. Commercial Use

For free accounts and non-commercial subscription plans, generated videos are strictly prohibited from commercial use or profit-making activities.

Commercial licensing is automatically granted when you subscribe to designated commercial plans. Users with commercial subscriptions may use generated videos for business purposes in accordance with their plan terms.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• All videos generated by our service are created by artificial intelligence algorithms
• The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of any generated content
• Generated content may contain errors, biases, or unexpected results
• Users are solely responsible for reviewing generated content before use
• The Platform reserves the right to filter, block, or remove content that violates our policies without notice

10. Data Usage Commitment

We do not use your uploaded images, videos, or generated content to train our AI models. Your creative content is processed solely for providing the requested generation services and is not used for any model training or improvement purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service
• The Platform makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service
• The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sora 2 Tools AI Video, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your generated content
• Any third-party claims related to content you created or distributed

13. Termination

The Platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Platform, or third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.

16. API Service Terms

These additional terms apply specifically to users accessing our services through the API:

16.1 API Access & Authentication

• API Keys: Users must use valid API keys to access the API. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and confidential.
• Key Security: Do not share, publish, or embed API keys in publicly accessible code repositories. Use environment variables or secure key management systems.
• Key Compromise: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur using your API keys. If you suspect unauthorized access, revoke the compromised key immediately.

16.2 API Usage Limits & Quotas

• Rate Limits: API calls are limited based on your subscription plan (requests per minute/hour)
• Request Quotas: Monthly API call allowances are determined by your subscription plan
• Concurrent Requests: Maximum number of simultaneous API requests is limited

Specific limit values are subject to the latest standards published on our API Documentation. We reserve the right to adjust these limits based on system load and service optimization needs.

16.3 API Abuse & Account Suspension

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Malicious Attacks: DDoS attacks, brute force attempts, endpoint probing, or any form of attack
• Service Resale: Reselling API services to third parties without written authorization
• Circumvention: Bypassing rate limits, content moderation, or other security measures through technical means
• Excessive Usage: Using the API in ways that significantly impact service availability for other users

Violation Consequences: Violating these terms will result in API key suspension or permanent account termination without refund.

16.4 API Billing & Overage

• Usage-Based Billing: API calls exceeding your plan quota are billed per request
• No Refunds: Consumed API quota and usage charges are non-refundable
• Overdue Accounts: API access will be suspended for accounts with outstanding balances until payment is received
